BOY MACHINES, INC. is pleased to announce the introduction of the BOY 35 (38.58 U.S. tons). This new model replaces the well proven BOY model 30 and proves, once again, BOYs determination to constantly improve our already excellent offering of injection molding machines up to 100 U.S. tons.
By increasing the clamping force from 33.7 to 38.58 U.S. tons, the new BOY 35 now offers even more production capabilities for larger parts. The BOY 35 is a four tie-bar machine and is equipped with a two-platen clamping system with generous 11" x 10" tie bar spacing. The BOY 35 offers injection units with screw diameters from 18 to 32mm. These features permits you a wide range of processing possibilities.

Shot weights are available up to 2.39 ounces, and has the smallest footprint in the industry. This feature, coupled with our state of the art controls and a very competitive price, makes this new BOY 35 the choice for your high precision, close tolerance applications.

Available models include: the 35A with the new intuitive Procan ALPHA® microprocessor control, the 35A with the color interactive Procan CT touchscreen microprocessor control, the 35M with the Procan MD microprocessor control.
