BOY's 90 series features our proven freely overhanging, four-tie-bar, two-platen clamping system, whose design is extremely compact when compared to three-platen machines. The ejector chute is accessible from all sides, permitting easy part removal. The 90's freely overhanging clamping unit means that no additional space is needed for part conveyance or collection containers. Also noteworthy is a very energy efficient operation made possible by an electronically controlled, variable displacement pump and a patented intensifier with integrated valve function. The latter eliminates energy-consuming pressure-maintaining pumps.

Available models include: the 90A with the new intuitive Procan ALPHA® microprocessor control, the 90A with the color interactive Procan CT touchscreen microprocessor control, the 90M with the Procan MD microprocessor control.
