BOY REALIGNS

Carl Schiffer, Managing Partner of Dr. Boy GmbH & Co and co-owner of BOY Machines, Inc. has announced a realignment of Exton, PA based BOY Machines, Inc.

The realignment plan, which had been underway for sometime, culminated on June 14, 2010 with the hiring of Marko Koorneef and the reassignment of President Robert Koch.

Carl Schiffer now holds the title of President and Marko Koorneef fills the newly created position of Vice President, Sales & Service. Tony Lengetti remains as Vice President, Finance and reports directly to the owners.

The long-term realignment plan, which had been developed cooperatively between the owners and U.S. based management, was planned and executed to streamline the management structure and to enable BOY to respond efficiently and effectively to changing North American market conditions.

Robert Koch served as President for eight years and earlier served as National Sales Manager for BOY. Following the management transition phase of the realignment plan, Koch will relocate back to his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio where he will remain with BOY to handle special assignments and oversee sales in the Midwest region.

Carl Schiffer expresses his thanks to Robert Koch for his long time loyal and effective service to the company while occupying his former positions and is looking forward to his future positive contributions.
