Maintenance contracts
A great way to keep your BOY machinery operating at peak efficiency and to realize substantial savings on an ongoing basis.
We offer very flexible plans - you determine the number of inspection visits per machine based on your production requirements. Our experienced factory-trained service reps will perform a 100-point inspection each visit and provide a written report of the machine's condition. Emergency labor charges are heavily discounted. Maintenance contracts can be used in conjunction with BOY's service contracts to realize additional savings and to enhance the extended warranty program for new machines.

Refurbishments
The doctor is always in at our Exton, PA offices. BOY offers a valuable refurbishment service. We will evaluate your machine and give you an estimate before any work commences. Then, we will update you on our findings and progress. All items removed from the machine are sent to you for inspection. Reduced service rates apply and ease the cost of repair.

Calibration
To maintain repeatability with your production processes, we recommend a minimum annual (preferably semi-annual) calibration for all your injection molding machines. Our services include a platen parallelity check on appropriate models and a pressure and speed calibration. Plan to have us include them during your next service call.
