BOY Preventive Maintance Service

Summer months are historically the time when companies perform maintenance on their machines. Whether it is a complete plant shut down or just a few days, many companies will use the time to perform preventative maintenance, repair non-critical issues, or upgrade their machines. BOY Machines, lnc. has a special affering for those customers that would like the opportunity to maximize their summer maintenance.

BOY has combined two of our most successful programs into one, the Machines Optimization Program and Maintenance lnspection Service. The special Preventive Maintenance Service offers the customer a condensed version of both programs and adds a few key services to help improve the overall performance of your BOY machines!

Here is how the program works ...

- A BOY technician will visit your site and perform all of the critical inspection points from our BOY Maintenance lnspection Program.
o    Safety lnspection
o    Hydraulic lnspection
o    Electrical lnspection

Then we will perform a pump Optimization Service (the optimization service restores the pump functions back to the factory standards).

Finally the technician will replace or clean the pressure and suction filter on your machine (based on the model of your machine; filters sold separately).

lf additional repairs are required, our technician can perform the repairs or advise your maintenance department of the necessary repair.

This new program is designed to speed up your normal scheduled maintenance, while at the same time, affering you the technical expertise of a factory-trained technician at your disposal.

ln addition to offering the customer the opportunity to maximize the quality of their maintenance service, we have also considered the overall cost of the program as well. BOY is pleased to offer special pricing on this Preventive Maintenance Service for the months of June, July, and August.

The service will be performed at a flat rate per machine. As a special incentive, BOY is pleased to offer additional travel labor discounts for those customers with multiple BOY machines.

This offer is only available during the summer maintenance months of June, July, and August and available on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact Jason Canale at BOY today at 001-610-363-9121 x 131 for more information or via e-mail at jcanalew2hl32vVysQ88HrVwm97pboymachinescom.
