CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION POLICIES
BOY sends individual confirmation to each registrant. “Walk-in” registration is not advisable since seminars are often full and materials are prepared in advance based on class size. If you have to cancel, BOY will refund your registration fee in full or you can apply it toward a future workshop less a $25 processing charge.
