Successful FIP 2026: BOY and Béwéplast look back on a positive exhibition

Dr. Boy GmbH & Co. KG, together with its French representative Béwéplast, looks back on a successful FIP 2026. From 2 to 5 June, the partners presented innovative and sustainable injection moulding solutions in Lyon, attracting significant interest from visitors throughout the event.

At the centre of the exhibition was a BOY 35 E equipped with the energy-efficient EconPlast unit, producing espresso cups made from the sustainable material NAS® ECO 30 BC70 from INEOS Styrolution. The cups were manufactured in a variety of colours, laser-marked directly at the stand and enthusiastically taken away by visitors.

The presentation was complemented by a BOY XS, exhibited in cooperation with the University of Kassel. The compact injection moulding machine produced thermochromic LSR bottle caps that change colour in response to temperature variations, allowing consumers to identify cold beverages at a glance.

Once again, FIP proved to be an important platform for exchanging ideas with customers and industry professionals from the French plastics sector. The stand attracted a high level of visitor traffic throughout the exhibition, and the numerous high-quality discussions and concrete project enquiries contributed to a consistently positive atmosphere.
